Cheers to Great Beer: Celebrating Our Recent Awards

We’ve had plenty to celebrate at Butcombe Brewing this year, with some fantastic recognition for our beers.

At the 2025 CAMRA Beer Awards, our flagship Butcombe Original was crowned Best Session Bitter, a brilliant acknowledgment of its balance, character, and timeless appeal. The award landed just in time for Cask Ale Week, giving fans the perfect excuse to raise a pint of this much-loved classic in their local managed Butcombe pub.

Our innovative Tall Tales Pale Ale and Tall Tales Zero also shone on the awards stage, each taking home Gold at the Taste of the West Awards. Judges praised both for their vibrant, tropical-fruit character, refreshing drinkability, and quality brewing — highlighting our commitment to offering great beer for everyone, whether you’re enjoying a bold pale ale or opting for an alcohol-free choice.
