We’re very excited to announce Bournemouth’s newest pub – The Pavilion Arms!

Formerly the Dean Park Inn, this ex-Wadworth tenanted pub has joined our managed estate and offers huge potential, located just a few miles from the centre of Bournemouth. The pub has been renamed in a nod to the nearby cricket ground, and you can expect a full interior and exterior refurb, with stunning boutique bedrooms, award-winning food and plenty of Butcombe beer behind the bar. Work is well underway and we can’t wait to share more with you.
