The Goat & Tricycle is well known for its quality and range of cask ales boasting 11 handpulls.  Mainly wet led there is a good sized catering kitchen capable of expanding the food offering.  We are looking for experienced operators with excellent knowledge of cask ales, strong marketing and customer service skills to make this business the heart of the community, setting the bar high and making the Goat & Tricycle the talk of the town.





The property is available on the basis of a brand new three or five year agreement.

There is a Full Wet Tie to Butcombe Brewery.
