Our Suppliers & Producers: Lye Cross Farm

Located a stone’s throw from Butcombe’s Wrington brewery, Lye Cross Farm is a family-run business supplying the best quality handmade Somerset cheese to our pubs across the Westcountry and beyond, every week.

It’s not your average supplier partnership though – it’s a fully sustainable local relationship that’s been in place since the early days of the brewery, with waste grain from our brewing process feeding the Lye Cross dairy cows. In turn the cows produce the milk which is turned into cheese we serve in our pubs.
