Operating since 1984, Kingfisher prides itself on a sustainable and local approach to sourcing, with over 40 species landed daily at the world famous Brixham Fish Market. Butcombe’s chefs receive their orders within 24 hours of the fish being caught, and our customers will be eating them soon after.
