How to use the Butcombe Loyalty Club

Join the club.
Via the Butcombe Loyalty App or Butcombe Loyalty Portal

Wait for your welcome email to arrive.
This should be with you within 30 minutes of signing up, and contains your unique account number. You can now use loyalty! Within 24 hours you’ll receive a link to add your card to your digital wallet.

Use loyalty when paying for food, drinks, or accommodation.
Just show the team your Butcombe Loyalty App QR (found in the MY LOYALTY section), or the account number in your welcome email. Any points or rewards will be instantly added to your account.

You can check your balance, and redeem points and rewards at any time.
On the app, head to MY LOYALTY or SPECIAL OFFERS, or log into the Loyalty Portal on the Butcombe website.
