The health and safety of our customers and teams is our top priority so we’ve made some important changes to create a safe, secure and comfortable environment when you visit our pubs and inns.
TRACK & TRACE
Under the latest government legislation, Track & Trace is mandatory and a legal requirement for us to capture the contact details of at least one member of each booking.

Maximum number of guests per table is 6. If you wish to enquire about bookings of 7+ guests from the same household please contact the pub of your choice directly.

OUR SANITISED STAY PROMISE
We’ve always placed the highest emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our guests with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and we are grateful for the immense trust placed in us by our guests to always do the right thing.
We also understand that not all of our guests would want to read through the complete list of measures in place. For their convenience, we’ve detailed the most important below:
~ Our team members have been provided with a sufficient supply of hand sanitisers, gloves and sanitising products.
~ Hand sanitiser has been provided for you during your stay and is also readily available in our public areas.
~ We use certified anti-bacterial Delphis Eco products throughout to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitisation.
~ We continue providing up-to-date training and personal hygiene protocols to our team.
~ Each of our team members has been briefed on how to deal with guests who are feeling unwell.
~ We have displayed posters in public areas to inform of good hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette and we ask all our guests to follow these guidelines.
~ We have implemented cleaning and sanitisation of all of the common touch points throughout the public areas every 20 minutes.
~ We have ensured that our linen, towels and other textile items are laundered by a professional laundry facility after every stay.
~ We have implemented full procedures for sanitising our bedrooms including all touch points.
~ We offer all our guests the option of ‘contactless’ room service delivery. This ‘minimal-touch’ service can all be accessed via our mobile app.
