What if I need to return my order?
We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Below are details and information on how to return any items.
Beer and Cider
Breakages: In the unlikely event that you experience any breakages in transit then please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number and details. We will happily arrange for either replacement or refund of any broken bottles. We hope you understand but we will need some proof of any damage in the form of photographic evidence from you or our couriers.
Quality issues: If you have any problems with the quality of our beer or products that you received as part of your order it’s essential the product is retained as no action can be taken without analysis. It’s also important that the beer is still within shelf life and has been stored correctly since it’s delivery. We will arrange a courier to retrieve the remainder of your order for analysis by our brewery team and a suitable replacement or refund will be processed.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the card used for the original transaction and purchase. Our returns procedure for Beers and Cider is detailed below:
- Customers have 30 days to return goods at no cost (except supplementary costs including delivery).
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to agree how beer & cider is to be returned.
- If relevant Butcombe will arrange for a courier to collect the relevant items from the delivery address on an agreed date. We will confirm this date with you.
- If possible, please secure merchandise in its original packaging.
- We will then dispatch replacements once we receive your return parcel(s).
- Where agreed, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return.
Clothing & Gifts
If you are not happy with your purchase, please secure in its original packaging in “as new” condition and return to Butcombe Brewery, Cox’s Green, Wrington, Bristol. BS40 5PA.
Please include your order number and contact details. Also please clearly state the reason for your return, and where appropriate we will dispatch a replacement item of the same value.
Where agreed, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. We regret that in sizing and style related issues, original dispatch charges are non-refundable. Brewery tour tickets cannot be returned. Butcombe Brewing Co. retains the right to refuse refunds or exchange on items that have obviously been worn or degraded through use.
