Small Batch Release June : Botanical IPA

Next up on our Small Batch Brew release calendar for June is our delicious Botanical IPA.

The small batch releases are designed to showcase brewing innovation and different styles and flavour profiles. They are the perfect bedfellow to your regular taps, giving your customers a contemporary match to our classic cask beers.

Our Botanical IPA is a lightly malted easy drinking IPA with a robust US hop character and subtle fresh and fruity botanical flavours. These have been derived from the long steep of Juniper, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, Coriander and Lemongrass during the fermentation process.

This results in a full bodied IPA with pine, spice and herbal overtones. Perfect as a match with summer salads, lightly spiced dishes and sweet fruit desserts.
