Small Batch Release April : Adam Henson’s Cotswold Ram XPA

Cotswold Ram Extra Pale Ale is an exciting extension of our collaboration with Adam Henson and brewed in honour of “The Cotswold Lion”, another rare breed sheep that Adam is passionate about conserving on his Cotswold Farm Park.

At 5.4% this Extra Pale Ale is a strong and robust golden beer. British malts create a light biscuity flavour whilst the blend of Target and Celeia hops produce a floral aroma with hints of citrus and cedar.
