Jane Austen’s home and the birthplace of her six beloved novels is in Hampshire. Today it is an independent museum celebrating her life, works and legacy.

The medieval city of Winchester is nearby and is a hive of activity – immerse yourself in the culture and history of the city, take a trip up St. Giles Hill for a picture-perfect view, or visit one of the historical landmarks such as the Cathedral, Military Quarters or City Mill. And for young ones, there’s plenty to explore at the Winchester Museum, Science Centre and Zoo.

Windsor Castle is extremely popular among our guests, and is open to visitors throughout the year. It is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world and was Founded by William the Conqueror in the 11th century. It has since been the home of 40 monarchs. Explore the infamous St George’s Chapel, the ornate State Rooms, and walk the grounds in the footsteps of some of the most famous royals.
