Leading the brigade in The Methuen Arms’ 3 Rosette kitchen is Head Chef Kevin Chandler. 

Kevin and his team are dedicated to sourcing the finest local ingredients, making everything on site from scratch where possible, minimising waste and adopting a nose to tail philosophy when it comes to crafting their menus; whether it’s for a simple pub snack or a more indulgent evening meal.
