Participants will be challenged to bake a cake using a special recipe that will be revealed ahead of the event – taking place at Metfest 2026.

Simply bake your cake at home using the official recipe, available to collect from The Methuen and announced on our Instagram page, and bring your creation to The Methuen Arms by 1pm at Metfest on Sunday 30th August. Our judging panel will sample each entry before selecting one talented baker to be crowned The Great Methuen Bake Off Winner 2026!
