A Brief History
Cadogan Hall wasn’t always a concert hall. Originally built in 1907 as a New Christian Science Church, the building’s stunning Byzantine architecture was designed by Robert Fellowes Chisholm. Its impressive features include a grand portico, an ornate tower, and intricate interior details that reflect the architectural splendour of the early 20th century.
The hall’s transformation began in 1996 when the congregation sold the building, which was subsequently acquired by Cadogan Estates. Following an extensive refurbishment, Cadogan Hall opened its doors as a concert venue in 2004, quickly establishing itself as a premier destination for live music.
