• Financial commitment – Running a tenancy requires a significant investment, so you’ll need sufficient capital from the outset.
• Do your research – Take independent advice and make sure you fully understand the agreement, your responsibilities, and the support available from us.
• Training is essential – Our compulsory pre-entry awareness training course, run by the BII, will help prepare you for life as a pub operator.
