We have a selection of ground floor rooms available, featuring walk-in showers for ease of access. We recommend contacting our friendly team to discuss your preferences and ensure the perfect room for your stay. Please note, while these rooms are more accessible, they may not be fully adapted for wheelchair users.
Dog-Friendly Stays
We’re delighted to welcome four-legged guests in all our rooms for a small additional charge of £20 per dog. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing your dog along, so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Snug Rooms
Our cosiest stays! Each Snug Room is beautifully decorated to reflect the timeless style of an English country retreat and is finished with a comfortable double bed, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with a shower complemented by local organic Bramley toiletries.
Kindly note that our Snug Rooms do not accommodate dogs, while our Signature Rooms are happy to welcome them!
Signature Rooms
Our Signature rooms offer a more spacious stay, treating you to a tranquil retreat within soft and unwinding countryside decor. Enjoy a cosy double bed and en-suite bathroom, varying with either a walk-in shower or a bathtub with an overhead shower, all complemented by local organic Bramley toiletries. One of our Signature Rooms can also be arranged with twin beds upon request and is accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Travelling with your 4-legged companion? Dogs are welcome in selected Courtyard rooms for just £20 per dog, per night.
Signature with a View Rooms
Our Signature rooms with a view offer the same spacious, tranquil stay as our regular Signature rooms with a small courtyard area that overlooks breathtaking views of the South Downs. Boasting either a cosy double or king-sized bed with 3 able to be arranged with twin beds upon request. Each offer an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and all complemented by local organic Bramley toiletries.

The Superior
Offering our most spacious and characterful stay, the Superior Room is calmly decorated to provide a quintessential countryside getaway in the heart of the beautiful South Downs. Indulge in a king-sized bed and a luxurious roll-top bath positioned within the bedroom itself, alongside an en-suite bathroom with a shower and local organic Bramley toiletries.
