We smoke and cure our fish on our premises, so you can be sure to savour the freshest, seasonal dishes sourced straight from the English countryside.

Sundays are important to us here at The Bourne Valley – our roasts are made with fresh field-to-fork ingredients and the finest local produce around, alongside delicious Bloody Marys, board games, and indulgent desserts.
