Butcombe Group experienced its biggest ever day of trade in its managed pubs for Mothering Sunday, breaking its previous record set on Christmas Day last year. Butcombe Managed pubs saw a 31% like for like sales increase on Mother’s Day compared to Mother’s Day last year, further cementing its reputation and loyalty for creating memorable experiences and events for customers on their most important days. The ongoing development of their external areas spaces also helped increase bar sales by 45% year on year in strong spring sunshine. 11 sites are now part of the Butcombe Boutique Inns collection, and these inns achieved even greater like for like sales growth of 37% compared to Mother’s Day last year.
