Now in its 7th year, the Index celebrates senior women leaders and their impact across the hospitality, travel, leisure, and retail sectors. Through showcasing the variety of roles and careers that women have across the industry, WiHTL also hopes to provide inspiration to women at the earlier stages of their career about the opportunities the industry can provide.

WiHTL & Diversity in Retail is the only collaboration community devoted to increasing and championing equality, diversity and inclusion across the hospitality, travel, and leisure sector.
