What if I need to return my order?<\/h2>\n

We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Below are details and information on how to return any items.<\/p>\n

Beer and Cider<\/h3>\n

Breakages:<\/strong> In the unlikely event that you experience any breakages in transit then please contact us at info@butcombe.com<\/a> quoting your order number and details. We will happily arrange for either replacement or refund of any broken bottles. We hope you understand but we will need some proof of any damage in the form of photographic evidence from you or our couriers.<\/p>\n

Quality issues:<\/strong> If you have any problems with the quality of our beer or products that you received as part of your order it\u2019s essential the product is retained as no action can be taken without analysis. It\u2019s also important that the beer is still within shelf life and has been stored correctly since it\u2019s delivery. We will arrange a courier to retrieve the remainder of your order for analysis by our brewery team and a suitable replacement or refund will be processed.<\/p>\n
