Beef shin & pea ragu arancini, mustard alioli

Roasted bone marrow, parsley & shallot salad, toasted sourdough

Onglet steak tartare, cured egg yolk, American mustard, Old Winchester

Sirloin of beef, Butcombe Original braised onions, short rib, smoked mash

Lyle cross mature cheddar, Goram IPA fed fruit cake

Triple Valrhona chocolate brownie, Illy espresso ice cream
