Small Batch Brew #7 – Club Tropic

As you may have guessed from the title, ‘Club Tropic’ is all about the tropical fruits in this quaffable session IPA. Light and crisp in grain character with a hint of malty caramel, it’s the unique blending of British (Bramling Cross and Olicana) and New World (Mount Hood and Idaho) hops that creates a Tropical stone fruit aroma and taste.

Expect notes of mango, passionfruit, peach and grapefruit in this flavoursome fruity beer. Perfect for high summer as the transatlantic hops collide in this flavour bomb of an IPA.

Hop Facts

Bramling Cross is a lesser spotted UK hop that was developed way back in 1927. Known for its complex taste profile of loganberry, blackcurrant, vanilla and lemon it works perfectly up against the more recent US Idaho tropical Hop which was only released in 2014.
